DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
We currently do not accept insurance for the blood draw. The lab tests itself should be covered by insurance. You only pay for the phlebotomy and concierge service from Lab Exodus. This also includes the delivery of samples to the lab. Payment is due when you schedule your blood draw. Email us for prices.
DO I NEED A LAB ORDER?
Yes. If you would like the lab tests to be covered by insurance, meaning the testing itself, we will need a doctor's order to draw your blood. You will still be charged a draw fee by Lab Exodus.
If you are interested in paying out of pocket for the lab tests we also offer custom lab orders through Ulta Lab Tests which allows you to order and pay for the tests of your choice without a doctor's order. This is known as direct to consumer labs.
HOW WILL I GET MY LAB RESULTS?
Your lab results will go straight to the ordering provider. If you choose to do custom lab ordering and pay for tests out of pocket through Ulta Lab Tests (direct to consumer lab tests) results go directly to you.
You may share your results with your doctor or choose not to share them.
